Super Falcons centre-back, Chidinma Okeke becomes the first Nigerian to sign for Club America Femenil.

Chidinma joined the Mexican club on an undisclosed contract details by the club.

The 24-year-old defender previously played for Japanese side Mynavi Sendai.

Okeke also spent her professional career in Spain with Madrid CFF and in Turkey.

She was part of Nigeria’s squad at the just concluded 2024 Paris Olympic Games.

She featured and played in all three group games.
