Juventus star, Paul Pogba is grappling with a four-year ban from football following a failed drug test in August of last year.

Pogba, 30, tested positive for testosterone after Juventus’ opening game against Udinese.

The Frenchman’s legal team rejected a plea deal, arguing that he inadvertently ingested the banned substance.

However, the anti-doping prosecutor’s office in Italy remained unconvinced, resulting in the imposition of a four-year ban.

Pogba has expressed his intention to appeal this decision to the Court of Arbitration for Sport.

If the appeal proves unsuccessful, this ban could potentially spell the end of the World Cup winner’s illustrious football career.
