KRC Genk’s Arokodare Undergoes Successful Surgery on Injured Knee

Nigerian forward Toluwalase Arokodare had a successful operation on his injured knee.

The striker went under the knife on Wednesday and is projected to be out for weeks.

Arokodare suffered a tear in the meniscus of his left knee during Genk’s win at home over Oostende last week Sunday.

Meanwhile, test results reveal the new KRC Genk signing has an acute laceration, which is common in young athletes and can be caused by a sudden movement.
