Henry Onyekuru may be on his way to achieving big things with the Super Eagles if he eventually gets his international cap in June against South Africa.
The 19-year-old took Belgium by storm, banging in goals with reckless abandon and earning himself a call up to the Super Eagles.
In his first practice session with the national team, Onyekuru was handed the special number 15; worn by one of the most inspirational captains of the team.
Sunday Oliseh was the biggest name of the new generation of Eagles to officially don the number 15 jersey.
After the midfielder, the likes of Haruna Lukman, Ramon Azeez and even Kingsley Madu have been weighed down by the responsibility of that number.
With his blistering burst on to the scene in 2017, the whizkid may very well be “The One” to give life to that number again.
Maybe he picked that number on purpose?
