Nigerian striker Victor Osimhen failed to score for the fourth consecutive league game as Lille were held to a 0-0 draw at home by Metz.

Osimhen who scored his first away goal for the Club in Champions league defeat to Valencia was on for the entire duration of the game.

The 20-year-old striker failed to influence the game as he was well marshaled by the visitors.

He has now failed to add to his seven goals in 13 league games for Lille.

Osimhen will hope to return to his goal scoring when he turn up for national assignment against Benin Republic and Lesotho next week.
