Super Falcons interim coach Christopher Danjuma has stated that the team has knowledge of CIV having met the Ivorian a couple of times and believes this will work in Nigeria’s favour ahead of the two-legged clash between both sides.
Danjuma speaking in a chat with www.brila.net revealed that the Super Falcons with take advantage of that with virtually everyone having faced CIV which dates back to his first stint as Falcons coach, the WAFU cup for home based players as well as the AWCON past meeting.
“Everybody has a knowledge of what Côte d’ivoire look like and by the special grace of God we are a team that has the first hand knowledge of who our opponents are and what approach we should take and how they are going to come at us.”
