There are discrepancies concerning the reported move of D’Tigers Guard Mike Gbinije to NBA Champions Golden State Warriors.
Gbinije reportedly joined the healthy 16-man GSW roster that boasts of the likes of Steph Curry, Kevin Durant and Draymond Green “recently”.
The news has been widely circulated in the Nigeria media has failed to turn up with details from sources quoted.
Neither GSW nor the player have made an official statement on the purported deal.
On July 3, 2016, he suffered a sprained ankle and was ruled out for the entire 2016 NBA Summer League.
