Former Manchester United striker, Louis Saha has urged the club to acquire Super Eagles forward Victor Osimhen in the next transfer window.
Osimhen, currently on loan at Galatasaray, is expected to be available for a permanent transfer next summer, but also has the option of a January exit, having reached an agreement to leave Napoli.
The 25 year-old has previously expressed his admiration for English football and came close to joining Chelsea before the summer transfer window closed.
Although Manchester United recently invested in Joshua Zirkzee and Rasmus Hojlund, Saha believes Osimhen would be a valuable addition to the squad.

“I’m not sure how realistic it is since he’s on loan at Galatasaray, but if you’re looking for a proven goal scorer with pedigree, Osimhen is the man. He would immediately improve the team,” Saha told the Daily Star.

“When you sign Osimhen, you know exactly what you’re getting—there’s no gamble. A striker of his caliber is exactly what Manchester United needs. If it takes a lot of money, which it likely will, they should go for it.”
Osimhen, who still has four years remaining on his Napoli contract, could be available for around €70 million.
