Nigerian sprinter Seye Ogunlewe delivered a strong performance in the men’s 100m event at La Chaux-De-Fonds, Switzerland on Sunday.

The former national champion clocked 10.03 seconds (+1.9) to places fifth in the competitive race.

Despite the disappointment, the return time equaled his season’s Personal Best (PB).

The race was dominated by Zambian sprinter Benjamin Richardson, who achieved a remarkable PB of 9.86 seconds to take first place.

Ronnie Baker from the United States followed closely, finishing second with a time of 9.95 seconds.

Gambia’s Ebrahima Camara rounded up the top three, setting a new National Record with a time of 9.98 seconds.
