This weekend, Nigerian Athletes Favour Ofili and Ruth Usoro are slated to participate in the Ed Murphy Classic in Tennessee.

Usoro is scheduled to compete in the Women’s Long Jump on Thursday.

This is her first competition since the African Games in March.

Meanwhile, Ofili will take part in the Women’s 100m on Friday.

Having already qualified for the upcoming Olympic Games in Paris, Ofili aims to use this meet as a preparatory event for the major competition later this year.
