Nigeria U-17 women’s team, the Flamingos, are gearing up for a friendly match against Mexico as part of their preparation for the FIFA World Cup.

Under the guidance of head coach Bankole Olowookere, the Flamingos secured their spot in the FIFA U-17 Women’s World Cup, which will take place in the Dominican Republic from October 16 to November 3.

Nigeria has been placed in Group A along with the host nation Dominican Republic, Ecuador, and New Zealand.
