Head Coach of Nigeria’s U-20 WNT, Chris Musa Danjuma has released the list of players invited to the training camp in preparation for the 2024 FIFA U20 Women’s World Cup in Colombia.
Danjuma has called up 24 players, including four goalkeepers, eight defenders, eight midfielders, and four strikers.
The training camp will be held in Abuja and marks the first phase of the team’s preparation for the global tournament.
Nigeria is placed in Group D, where they will compete against three-time winners Germany, Asian powerhouse Korea Republic, and Venezuela.
The FIFA U20 Women’s World Cup will take place from August 31 to September 22.
