Sor seals Maximum Points for Genk, Voted MOTM

Yira Sor capped his full league debut for KRC Genk with a man of the match performance against Zulte Waregem on Saturday.

Sor started ahead of first choice Paul Onuachu and he repaid the coach with an outstanding performance.

He made the difference as he netted the only goal of the game inside the opening ten minutes.

The Midfielder dribbled past his markers with solid acceleration on the wing, before cutting in and buried the ball in the back of the net.

And after the match, the winter arrival from Czech Republic Champions, Slavia Prague, was voted man of the match.

The hard fought win ushered Wouter Vrancken’s side back to winning ways after the disappointing Cup defeat at home against Royal Antwerp in the mid week.
