What Happened to Man United Coach during Barcelona scouting

Manchester United Boss Ole Gunnar Solskjaer was at Camp Nou to scout Barcelona ahead of Wednesday’s UEFA Champions League first leg, quarter-final match but what he probably witnessed was MAGICAL.

Solskjaer in company of his assistant, Mike Phelan, were spotted by the Eagle eyed cameras inside the 99,354 capacity stadium as the Catalans hosted second placed Atletico Madrid in La Liga.

However, while United may be hoping for another stunning performance in the UCL, such that saw them knock out Paris Saint-Germain, something at the Camp Nou must have looked awry to the scouts.

Especially Phelan, the 56 year-old looked a little on edge and unsettled as he bite, bit after bit at his finger nails; which seemed to concern a few United fans.

The United Coaches must certainly have been entertained by the drama after Diego Costa’s sending off, Atleti’s resolute defending but the class of both Luis Suarez and Lionel Messi to break the resistance in the final five minutes of the game.

In midweek, Man United and Barcelona will face-off in the first leg of the UCL as they renew their rivalry in the competition.
