Nigeria U17 women’s team coach, Bankole Olowokere has stated that, they can thrive under this pressure.
Bankole in a chat with brila.net said that he had been in a similar situation before and he was able to overcome at that time.
”I like working under pressure, I like proving a point, when I got the job with dream stars, a lot of people told me why will I bring myself this low to manage a club like that,’ He told brila.
”I told them, I like challenges, If you can work in a difficult situation before, you can imagine when you have something smooth like this with the National team, he said,’
”Challenges keeps me going, though it’s tasking but it’s my job, and hard work comes before the intervention of God.
”I have told the girls our mission, I have psyched them and told them they need to sit up and work very hard for the team to achieve this goal to qualify, ” he said.
