She had a successful spell with the Italian team, scoring 10 goals in 16 appearances.

Juventus took the lead early, with Amalie Vangsgaard opening the scoring. Although PSG equalized through Thiniba Samoura, Juventus quickly regained control, with Sofia Cantore restoring their advantage just before halftime.

Juventus sealed the win in the second half when Bennison scored from another Cantore assist, giving Juventus a two-goal lead heading into the second leg in Paris next week.

Juventus proved too strong for Echegini and her teammates, leaving the French side with an uphill battle to qualify for the next round.

Jennifer Echegini will now hope to help PSG turn the tie around in the return leg on September 26.
