Union Saint-Gilloise are bracing up for life after Nigerian striker Victor Boniface.
Boniface is on the wish list of several teams in Europe, and it’s unlikely he will spend another season in Belgium.
The forward has 21 goals contributions this season, and he helped the club reach Europa League quarter-finals, scoring six goals.
He has been linked with a move to Napoli, AC Milan and Villarreal.
His club Union Saint-Gilloise however have identified a potential replacement and it is Ivorian star, Benie Traore.
The 20-year-old currently plays for BK Häcken in the Swedish highest division and scored 9 times in 10 matches.
Traoré is a completely different from Boniface, as he’s 1m72 and faster.
He does have a nose for goals. According to the Swedish press, Antwerp , Genk have also put him on their list.
