Nigeria’s Super Midfielder, Raphael Onyedika endured a tough outing with his club Club Brugge on Wednesday, losing 3-0 at home to Borussia Dortmund in their UEFA Champions League group stage encounter.
Onyedika featured for the entire match but struggled to contain Dortmund’s dynamic play.
Despite the Nigerian midfielder’s efforts, which included one successful tackle and three recoveries, Club Brugge crumbled in the final stages of the game, conceding all three goals in the last quarter.
Jamie Bynoe-Gittens netted a brace for the German side, while Guinea international Serhou Guirassy added the third.
The match is Onyedika’s seventh appearance of the season for the Belgian club across all competitions for the Belgian side.
