Former NPL champions, Rangers have parted ways with defender, Uche John after four years.
John decided to leave the club for a new adventure following the appointment of Fidelis Ilechukwu as the new Head Coach.
The CB captained the Flying Antelopes for three years, leading the team to the final of Federation Cup last season.
“My four-year stay with Rangers has been very eventful up to the point of being handed the captain’s arm-band,” the player stated in a farewell message.
“I must say that it was a very difficult decision for me to make in exiting the club but it is a step I must take to further my career. I need to face new challenges.”
