Kelechi Iheanacho endured a frustrating evening as Leicester City fell at home 3-1 to a rejuvenated Chelsea, as Graham Potter’s side made it three wins from three in all competitions.
Iheanacho was handed a starting berth by Brendan Rodgers, but the Nigerian was anonymous for most part of the game before he was substituted.
He was on for Seventy-six minutes and managed just one shot on goal, with two dribbles completed.
His rating of 4.5 by BBC summed up his afternoon. He was pretty non-effective in the first-half playing in an unfamiliar role.
The 26 year-old barely got in the game, and gave away the ball few times.
At full time, the defeat meant a fifth consecutive lose for the Foxes; four in the league and one FA Cup defeat to Blackburn.
This result has taken them to within touching distance of the relegation zone and they were booed off at full-time.
The run of five losses is Leicester’s worst run since 2014 (November-December). They have suffered 16 Premier League defeats in a season for only the second time .
