Turkish Super Lig club Trabzonspor has renewed its pursuit of Super Eagles forward Paul Onuachu from Southampton.
The Turkish side had initially withdrawn from negotiations after Southampton rejected multiple offers for the Nigerian.
Onuachu, who spent last season on loan with Trabzonspor, made a significant impact during his time with the club, scoring 17 goals and providing four assists across all competitions.
This followed a challenging six-month spell at Southampton.
Trabzonspor is keen on securing a permanent transfer for the former KRC Genk player but has struggled to meet Southampton’s valuation.
