Chelsea could win the EPL title on Friday if Antonio Conte’s men pick three points at the Hawthorns, and it’ll be the second time in two seasons that they’d have turned the screw Tottenham.
But until then, Mauricio Pochettino and Tottenham striker, Son Heung-min will celebrate getting one over the Blues with their Manager and Player of the Month of April’s awards.
Poch beat Conte and three other Managers to the award following his sides perfect run against five clubs culminating in a 2-0 win over Arsenal.
