Nigeria international table tennis player Segun Toriola has confirmed that the ongoing All Africa games in Morocco will certainly be his last after losing his semi final Singles tie against eventual winner Jide Omotayo.
Toriola who won Silver in the table tennis team’s event with Nigeria said he has played his last at the games having featured now in eight All Africa games altogether in his career and expressed satisfaction with his outing at the games.
He also hailed the team for what they achieved.
“This is my last All Africa games, this is my eight Africa games already so it’s going to be the last. No more after this, don’t expect me to play any Africa games anymore.
This is my last one. I am happy for the result, I really tried my best and semi final is good for me, nobody even expect that I will make the semi final. For me I am so happy.”
