Josh Maja said he’s delighted to score twice on his first start for Premier League side Fulham.
Maja, 22, helped the Cottagers boost their hope of surviving with his brace against the Toffees at Goodison Park on Sunday.
Fulham’s bright start to the match was rewarded early in the second half when Maja stabbed in a low cross from Ola Aina’s cross .
The Forward scored the second, with a tap in after Reed’s shot crashed off the woodwork.
“This is a night I have been dreaming about for a long time. I had a feeling it was coming and pleased it became a reality.
“We took our chances when it came and put in another good performance again, we want to continue like this,” He said.
Following Sunday’s feat, Maja became the latest Nigerian player to score on his premier league debut.
