It’s crunch time in Europe. With the top five leagues down to their final matches, every second of football on the continent is do or die. All eyes are on Liverpool, Barcelona, Bayern Munich, and Napoli, and the fierce races to deny them the glory of a title. Will there be last-minute changes, or will the current leaders finish the season on top? Let’s review what’s still up for grabs in the EPL, La Liga, Bundesliga, Serie A, and Ligue 1 in the season’s final stretch.
EPL
Let’s face it – most of the eyes and betting action on European football are in the EPL. If you’re setting up your final bets for the season and wondering what is the betking promo code in Nigeria , then you have your eyes on the biggest showdown of the year- Arsenal vs. Liverpool. But what promised an intense competition has morphed into what many call a one-horse race. Arne Slot’s Liverpool are 12 points ahead of the Gunners and showing no signs of slowing down. It’s not too soon to call this their 20th EPL title, which is in their favor.
La Liga
There’s more action in La Liga this season. Three of Spain’s biggest football giants are in the race to the top. Barcelona and Real Madrid are neck to neck with a 3-point difference, and a showdown is scheduled for May 11, and Atletico Madrid is not far behind. Unlike the EPL, this race is close and could go either way. Barcelona is looking at its first La Liga title in 5 years.
Bundesliga
Harry Kane and Bayern Munich could make history in Germany, but it won’t be a walk in the park. Bayer Leverkusen is only six points behind and has a much easier roster in April and May. Munich has the Champions League to worry about and three consecutive weeks of top-level matches against Mainz, Borussia Mönchengladbach, and RB Leipzig in late April.
Serie A
Inter Millan and Napoli are currently three points apart. As their race to the top heats up, Inter is looking at a jam packed few weeks, with engagements in Coppa Italia and the Champions League. Napoli, meanwhile, only has Bologna and a few bottom-half teams to worry about, which is why all eyes are on them. If the two teams tie, we could see the first head-to-head Serie A finale since 1964.
Ligue 1
PSG have already caried the League 1 title. Currently 22 points ahead of Marseille, and with only a few weeks to the end of the season, Luis Enrique’s boys are now focused on finishing without a loss.
Counting Down the Days
And there you have it. The next few weeks of European football promise nail-biting action and suspense for football fans and bettors around the world. Get in on the action by watching and betting on your favorite matches in the lead-off to the May finals.
