There’ll be no intensive practice session for the Super Eagles on Friday ahead of the Africa Cup of Nations qualifying match against Bafana on Saturday.
Speaking with brila.net on the team’s itinerary, media officer Toyin Ibitoye disclosed that Technical Adviser, Gernot Rohr and the players will go on a team walk at 10am after breakfast.
Also lined up for Friday is the official pre-match presser that’s expected see the two Coaches and captains speak on the match up to come.
At noon the Super Eagles will gather for video analysis of the Bafana side before their lunch at 12:30pm.
The mandatory 1hr training session at match time will hold at 5pm followed by dinner at 8pm.
After that grub, the players retire to their rooms to regroup again on matchday.
Nigeria and South Africa will light up the Godswill Akpabio Int’l Stadium on Saturday in a 2019 Africa Cup of Nations qualifying match.
