National Table Tennis coach Nosir Bello has stated that the Nigeria Table Tennis Federation was ready long before the lifting of the restriction order on sports and that the Federation had in place the Covid-19 requirements protocol to be able to play once the go-ahead was given.
Bello speaking in a chat with brila.net lamented how badly the game has suffered and how limited they were especially through the team event training and how they will now have all to do over again.
He added that he is hopeful the Federation can start as soon as possible but sure the sports will resume training almost immediately based on the provisions made before now which are in compliance with the Covid-19 health protocol on sports.
