The Federal Government of Nigeria has announced the appointment of Mallam Shehu Dikko as the Director General of the newly reconstituted National Sports Commission (NSC).
Minister of Sports Development, Senator John Enoh, has announced that home-based athletes will now be eligible for training grants, a benefit that was previously only provided to those based abroad.
