As the DG, Rotary international District 9110, kitted up this, March 1st, to ceremonially tee off at the Ikoyi Club 1938 by 10.00am in the on-going ROSFEST games, winners started emerging by the evening as ROSFEST committee organised an award Dinner in honour of the players.
