Super Eagles Players all smiles in practice as Rohr plot Brazil upset

The Super Eagles are in high spirits ahead of this weekend’s international friendly against Brazil, as players turned out beaming before their only practice session on Friday.

Pictures of the players including new invitees Peter Olayinka, Viv Solomon-Otabor preparing for the team’s last open access practice session was shared on the Super Eagles twitter handle.

 

The team’s training session was held at the Bukit Gombak Stadium.

 

 

Returnees Ramon Azeez and Tyronne Ebuehi also looked ready to go.

 

Earlier, midfielder Anderson Esiti told www.brila.net that the players were in good spirits and eager to after watching the five times World Champion forced to a 1-1 draw by Senegal on Thursday.

 

“The morale of our team is good. We saw the Senegal game and also watched highlights. It was a good game; with high intensity, they played the Samba way,” Esiti quipped.

 

” Just like the last game against Ukraine, we are determined to enter this one with passion and spirit.

 

“Unfortunately we conceded two late goals, I consider it a defeat but we’ll ensure we don’t repeat the mistakes from the last friendly.”

 

Nigeria will face Brazil in an international friendly on Sunday, 13 October at the National Stadium, Singapore.
