The defender also contributed one effort to FC Koln’s attacking stats on the day, registering a shot on target.
However, the best efforts of the player could not help his side avoid defeat.
Breel Embolo’s 32nd minute goal and an owngoal by Jorge Mere (70′) gave the hosts the lead.
FC Koln pulled one back through Mark Uth in the 81st minute, but they couldn’t find the equalizer.
