Nigeria defeated Togo 3-0 in an exhibition game at the Stade Municipal de Saint Leu La Foret, Paris on Thursday.

A seventeen minutes brace from Ahmed Musa and Kelechi Iheanacho’s twenty-seven minute “easy tap-in” wrapped up the contest in the first half.

The sides matched up when the second half resumed but there was nothing Claude Le Roy’s men could do; failing to break the Eagles defence.

Gernot Rohr had twenty players in his disposal and every man was given the chance to kick the ball.

The teams will return to the continent for next weekend’s 2019 African qualifiers, with Nigeria hosting South Africa and Togo playing away to Algeria at the Stade Mustapha Tchaker, Blida.
