The closed door meeting between 11 NFF Presidential Aspirants and the Sports Minister, Sunday Dare on Tuesday yielded little as the Court injunction halting the September 30th election still stands.
While there’s still some optimism among the Aspirants that a fresh verdict will be passed even hours before election day, there were no hints to this possibility at the meeting.
Brila.net gathered from the FCT FA Chairman, Abba Muktar, who is also vying for the FA’s leadership seat, that talks on Tuesday bordered on the viability of a credible election.
Muktar also expressed the views of his contemporaries on the matter of getting a court order to vacate earlier verdict.
