Solanke, Lookman fire Young Lions to U20 World Cup Final

Dominic Solanke and Lookman Ademola delivered England their first U20 World Cup Final spot after an impressive comeback in teh 3-1 win against Italy on Thursday.

The players who are of Nigerian origin have been centrifugal to Manager, Paul Simpson’s side.

The Young Lions were behind as early as the second minute after Juventus winger Riccardo Orsolini slotted home from inside the area.

The tide will turn in the second forty-five, as England dominated the second half with new Liverpool striker Dominic Solanke scoring twice, a calm equaliser and a long-range third.

Everton’s Ademola Lookman got the second, tucking home from six yards out on 77 minutes.
