Moses Simon returned to action with his Belgian side, KAA Gent on Sunday, after a month’s absence, but played only 28 minutes as coming on as a substitute in the 2-1 defeat to Club Brugge.
Simon had been out injured missing several crucial games for the Gent in the Championship rounds.

On Sunday though, teaming up with his Super Eagles compadre; William Troost-Ekong, the duo could not help Gent secure a UCL playoff spot as they fell 2-1 to. Club Brugge.
The duo, who have been crucial for the Belgian Club this season, will yet take consolation from the fact that their Europa League spot is guaranteed.
