Argentina and Manchester City striker Sergio Aguero has reportedly been involved in a car crash in Amsterdam.
The 29-year-old is understood to have been travelling in a taxi, which drove into a lamp post.
City are yet to confirm the report but Aguero’s former club Independiente tweeted: “Strength and prompt recovery. Everyone at Independiente is with you in this difficult moment.”

According to FourFourTwo, the crash was “serious” and “Aguero only survived the crash because he had his seatbelt on…”
