Samuel Chukwueze Teases Osimhen Transfer to AC Milan

AC Milan winger Samuel Chukwueze has expressed his desire to reunite with his international teammate, Victor Osimhen, at the San Siro.

Osimhen’s future at Napoli remains uncertain, with the striker reportedly keen on leaving the club.

Despite being linked with several top European teams, Osimhen’s hefty €130 million price tag has deterred many potential suitors.

Napoli, meanwhile, has been exploring replacement options, including Antoine Conte’s interest in Romelu Lukaku.

In an interview with La Gazzetta dello Sport, Chukwueze revealed that he has spoken to Osimhen about a potential move to AC Milan.

The Milan winger also shared a light-hearted comparison between his speed and that of his teammate Rafael Leão, slipping in a mention of Osimhen’s possible arrival.

“Who is faster between me and Rafa [Leão]? Without the ball, it’s him. With the ball, it’s me. Leão is one of the top three players in Serie A, and among the other two is my friend Osimhen, who I hope stays in Italy,” Chukwueze said.

When asked about Osimhen’s future, Chukwueze added, “Where will Osimhen go? I would love to close my eyes, open them, and see him here at Milan. I always tell him, ‘Are you sure you don’t want to come?’ And he says, ‘Samuel, you know it’s difficult.'”

Chelsea was the last club reportedly in the race for the Nigerian forward but has since pulled out after signing Samuel Omorodion from Atletico.
