Mohamed Salah has been announced as the winner of the Premier League Player of the Month for February.
The Liverpool attacker was voted ahead of Beto (Everton), Jean-Philippe Mateta (Crystal Palace), Yankuba Minteh (Brighton & Hove Albion), Djed Spence (Tottenham Hotspur) and Dominik Szoboszlai (Liverpool) after being involved in 10 goals (6 goals, 4 assists) in six Premier League games in February.
Another record-breaking month for the Egyptian as he became the player with the most assists in a single Premier League season for Liverpool (17).
Salah matched the record of most EA Sports Player of the Month (7) held by Sergio Aguero and Harry Kane.
His previous awards came in November 2017, February 2018, March 2018, October 2021, October 2023 and November 2024.
The Egypt International now has fifty-four goal contributions (32 goals, 22 assists) in forty-two games in all competitions with forty-four coming in the Premier League.
With his terrific attacking form, Salah will look forward to replicating his performance in the English Football League Cup (Carabao Cup) Final this Sunday against Eddie Howe’s Newcastle at Wembley Stadium.
