Sadiq Umar says he is happy to be back in training after missing most part of last season due to injury.
The striker recently recovered from an achilles injury he suffered shortly after joining Real Socieded in a club record deal last summer.
The 25-year-old lanky forward is now training with the team, preparing for the upcoming La Liga season.
“I only visited my hometown during the break because I needed to resume earlier than the rest of the team.
“It’s a great feeling to have resumed training with the team before the end of last season and I felt really welcomed again.
“As you can see, I am more ready than ever. I can’t wait, just waiting for the time. I am ready to give 100% again. Finally, physically, I am okay and I just need to be fit for the games.” He said in a vide shared by the club.
