Tori wey dey say  Rugby Africa go host the Rugby Africa Women’s Cup for inside Johannesburg, South Africa for  August 2019,  na qualifying competition for the Women’s Rugby World Cup wey go shele  for  New Zealand for 2021 e be. 
Dis one go be the first qualifiers for the Women’s Rugby World Cup for Africa, e go start on August 9th wey be National Women’s Day for South Africa, and e go finish on August 17th, 2019.

Na four teams dey don pencil down to gbege to kpake their place to play for New Zealand and the four teams na South Africa wey be the host country of the tournament, Kenya, Uganda and Madagascar.

As e be say African ranking for women fifteen-a-side rugby never dey, dey come chose the four fifteens teams  base of the level and frequency wey the women take dey play. Each team go play 3 matches on three different days and dem go establish points classification.

The team wey kolobi the tournament go come qualify directly for the World Cup while the team wey carry second go come play one match against one team wey dey go select from South America and den if den win,  den go come join the global repechage tournament.

Dis one totori the Presido of Rugby Africa wey be Khaled Babbou as e see am as opportunity to carry legitimize the position of Women Rugby for Africa and at the same time helep the advancement of Rugby Africa ontop the rugby world arena. E say naim make dis qualifier number one objective for dem.
