Napoli boss, Rudi Garcia is hopeful that Victor Osimhen will regain his scoring form in their UEFA Champions League clash against SC Braga.

Osimhen started the campaign on a positive note, scoring three goals in his first two games for Napoli in the league.

However, the goals have since dried up for the Forward who has now failed to score in Napoli’s last two games against Lazio and Genoa.​

With Napoli playing their first UEFA Champions League game against Braga, Garcia expressed confidence that the player will end his drought.

“Osimhen started well with two goals in three games and we hope he can get back on target,” the Coach said.

“I talked to him because I want him to be calm, he must be decisive. He hasn’t scored for a while, but he shouldn’t think about that, he needs to enjoy his football. It’d be already very positive if he provided an assist like the one against Sassuolo.​

“This is the Champions League, everyone dreams of this tournament and these nights are made for players like Osimhen and Kvara.”
