Roosa Ariyo slotted the ball past Celtic goalkeeper Kelsey Daugherty, to score her first goal in the competition and sixth in five games.
However, Celtic mounted a comeback in the second half. Substitute forward Noonan headed in the equalizer shortly after the break and then added two more goals in stoppage time to seal the victory.
Celtic will now face the winner of the Gintra vs. Anenii Noi match, with the final set for Saturday at the Siauliai Central Stadium in Lithuania.
