Crystal Palace and England U21 midfielder Eberechi Eze could be out of action until next after picking up an Achilles injury in training.
The attacker midfielder was training ahead of the Eagles’ final home game of the season, before suffering the injury.
The injury is a big blow for Eze who has been in wonderful form for the team since the start of the season.
Reports in England reveal he will see a specialist to determine the extent of the injury and might likely go under a knife as well.
Eze joined Crystal Palace in a deal that worth £25m from Queens Park last summer and was involved in 10 goals ( 4 goals and 6 assists) in 31 matches in the league this season.
Although he featured for England at the U-21 European championship, he’s qualified to play for Nigeria through his parents, and Super Eagles manager Gernot Rohr is reportedly keen to have him in his squad.
