Super Eagles boss Gernot Rohr admits he is facing selection headaches ahead of November showdown with Sierra Leone.
Rohr who supervised his team’s friendly matches with Algeria and Tunisia respectively in Austria admitted he now has a pool of players to pick from ahead of the 2022 African cup of Nations qualifiers.
The Franco-German coach also added that newly invited players proved their worth and are surely in contention for a place in his squad.
“Now it is going to be difficult for me to pick our list for the AFCON qualifiers next month because of the new boys who did well,” he said.
Rohr handed Kelvin Akpoguma, Zaidu Sanusi, Tijani Samson, Chidera Ejuke, Cyril Dessers, and Frank Onyeka their first international cap for Nigeria in those two friendlies.
