Super Eagles technical adviser Gernot Rohr is back in the country for the team’s preparations ahead of this year’s Africa Cup of Nations in Egypt.
It was revealed that the gaffer touched down in the country a few days back and he’s ready to start preparing for the tournament which is expected to hold between June to July in Egypt.
“The coach is around now and the preparation is on top gear. He looks very focused and determined for the team’s success in Egypt. Everything is working as planned and everything is set for camping in Asaba on Sunday.
“The coach will be in Asaba on Sunday likewise the players too. Majority of them are already in town and we are expecting successful camping,” Toyin Ibitoye Super Eagles media officer revealed.
The Super Eagles are in the Group B of the tournament alongside Guinea, Madagascar, and Burundi.
