Champions Monaco rounded off their season with a 30th victory of the campaign at Rennes – with several players sporting red and white dyed hair for the Ligue 1 curtain call.
Leonardo Jardim’s side won their first title in 17 years in midweek and showed there was no hangover – even if a number of their players had dyed their hair for the occasion – as they defeated Rennes 3-2.
Fabinho, who is likely to be among those attracting interest this summer, was on target along with fellow Brazilians Jemerson and Jorge.
The victory ensured Monaco ended the season with 12 Ligue 1 wins on the trot amid a 20-game unbeaten streak.
The principality club clinched the championship with a game to spare, beating St Etienne 2-0 at the Stade Louis II on Wednesday through goals from Mbappe and Valerie Germain.
