Rwandan clubside Rayon sports have suspended coach Masudi Djuma just three days after been knocked out of the CAF Confederation cup by Nigerian Professional Football League side Rivers utd ending their hopes of making it to the group stage of the continent’s second tier club competition.
Despite being four matches away from leading the Peace cup holders to their first league title since 2013, the former Rayon Sports skipper Masudi has been given a-one week suspension due to what has been described as an unprofessional conduct by club secretary general Olivier Gakwaya.
The Burundian tactician is expected to return to the club’s dugout next week and he will be allowed to carry on with his duties.
