Super Falcons forward, Rasheedat Ajibade has signed Spanish Primera side Atletico Madrid Femenino.
Ajibade signed a two-year deal with the club on Friday, after the expiration of her contract with Norwegian Toppserien side, Avaldsnes.
The 21-year-old moved to the Norwegian side from NWFL side, FC Robo Queens in 2018 and was an integral part of the club.
The African women’s championship winner enjoyed her best campaign with Avaldsnes in 2020, scoring seven league goals and was named in the team of the season.

Ajibade who scored 12 goals in 39 appearances for Avaldsnes is expected to help Atletico challenge for the Spanish Primera title.
