Pro racing has a new rising star, Ugo Ugochukwu, and he is signed to PREMA Racing for the upcoming season in F3.
Ugochukwu quickly racked up an impressive resume through the factory line including multiple titles from Karting and F4.
Last season the McLaren Driver Development Programme member smashed all expectations with PREMA.
His roll call includes winning the Euro 4 Championship while also finishing second in Italian F4 and third in the Formula 4 UAE Championships.
He raced with PREMA again this year in the Formula Regional European Championship where he has finished on the podium and achieved numerous points finishes.
The 17 year-old, who was born in New York to Nigerian model Oluchi Onweagba and Designer Luca Orlandi, is following in the footsteps of Charles LeClerc another driver who rose through the ranks at PREMA to F1.
An Excited Ugochukwu said, “I’m really happy to announce that I will be racing with PREMA in the 2025 FIA Formula 3 Championship.”
“Working with all the people here is special, the chemistry is excellent and it makes the work really enjoyable on and off the track. We have had two positive seasons together and I’m looking forward to building on that and I’m sure we will have a good year.”
