Paris Saint-Germain (PSG) is on the verge of finalizing a high-profile transfer for Napoli’s striker, Victor Osimhen.
The 25-year-old Nigerian forward is expected to arrive in Paris as early as Wednesday or Thursday to complete the move, according to reports from Il Matino.
Renowned football journalist Fabrizio Romano has also confirmed that negotiations between PSG and Osimhen are at an advanced stage.
The Nigeria international is set to earn approximately €12 million annually at the Parc des Princes, Il Matino reveals.
PSG however will need to activate a hefty €130 million release clause, as Napoli has dismissed proposals to include multiple players in the deal.
